Why see a Herbalist?

Herbalists are experts in plant medicine and nutrition. I am able to create personalized herbal products, such as tinctures, capsules, and teas that are formulated specifically for you, and only you to promote your personal daily health and wellbeing.

I offer you a whole picture treatment plan. I am trained in nutrition and lifestyle management, so in addition to a phytotherapy treatment plan, I also design dietary and active lifestyles recommendations.

Your health and wellbeing is so important and it takes a well rounded approach to make sure you are at your best. I have seen the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach to health management. You are your best advocate for your health. Know your options and be informed so you can feel good about your treatments. Adding a Herbalist to your wellness team helps to take a lot of the guess work out of your symptoms. I am a trained, educated professional here to provide safe, effective, and affordable natural treatments to get you back to feeling like yourself again. I am here to support you!

Let’s Work Together

I am excited to work with you!

During your Initial Intake Appointment:

To create the best treatment plan I need to do a full interview to get to know you better. The initial consultation includes in-depth discussions of personal medical history, family medical history, current diet, current activity levels, any and all details which may pertain to your current concerns.

All consultations are done over Zoom or Google Meet. The appointment can be about 1- 2 hours long so please be sure to set that time aside.
